Five days, just you and me, to meet the pattern that's been quietly running your life, and to feel your own aliveness answer back. It's the doorway to everything else, and the door is finally open.
You're the one who holds it together. You raised what needed raising, carried what needed carrying, and became very good at being fine. People still tell you how strong you are, and you still say thank you.
But there's a version of the morning no one else sees. You catch your reflection and you don't quite recognize the woman looking back. You feel a low, steady tiredness that sleep doesn't touch. And underneath the competence, so quiet you've learned to talk over it, there's a question you've never said out loud: where did I go?
You're not exhausted because something is wrong with you. You're exhausted because you've been holding a whole life together while quietly losing hold of yourself.
This is the part that's started to frighten you. You're not someone who avoids the work. You've done it. And this is why none of it moved you the way you hoped.
Therapy helped you understand the pain and gave you careful language for it. That work was real. But understanding a wound isn't the same as building something new over it, and what you need now is somewhere to stand rather than more ground to go over.
The books gave you frameworks and beautiful sentences. What they couldn't give you was a person beside you, expecting more of you than you can yet expect of yourself.
A coach or two handed you goals and affirmations that felt thin against the real weight of it. The work stayed on the surface, and the thing you needed to reach lives much further down.
Waiting was its own quiet plan. You told yourself that with enough time you'd naturally feel like yourself again. Time passed. The tiredness kept its grip.
You haven't failed, and you're not broken. You've been working the wrong problem.
Somewhere far back, you were handed a picture of who you were allowed to be. Capable. Needed. The strong one who doesn't fall apart. You've lived inside that picture so faithfully, for so long, that it stopped feeling like a picture and started feeling like the truth about you.
It isn't the truth about you. It's a pattern, installed early, running underneath your days like a program you never agreed to. And a pattern is a very different thing from a wound. A wound you tend. A pattern you can meet, and outgrow.
I work with the inner life and the body as one responsive system. When you come back into alignment with your own aliveness, what I call the Living Flame, something in you that's been holding its breath finally exhales. You don't have to manufacture it. You have to stop overriding it.
The Rekindle Challenge is where you meet the pattern for the first time, and feel the flame underneath it still lit.
This isn't a course you watch alone. It's five days of live, personal practice, just you and me, shaped around what's actually true for you. The arc is simple, and it's enough.
You put down the performance of being fine and tell the truth about where you actually are. Nothing is required of you here but honesty.
Together we find the pattern that's been running you, and give it a name. What you can name, you're no longer inside of.
We follow it back to where it was installed. Not to relive it, but to see plainly that it was handed to you and was never who you are.
You touch the aliveness underneath the pattern, often for the first time in years.
You leave with a way of returning to it on your own, and a clear sense of whether you want to keep walking, and how.
I'm Kristin. I hold a master's in social work and a degree in psychology, I'm HeartMath certified, and I trained as a spiritual facilitator and a feminine power coach more than fifteen years ago. I've spent nearly five decades studying how people actually change.
None of that is the reason this works. It works because for five days you have someone paying close attention to you, who isn't fooled by how well you're managing, and who keeps speaking to the woman underneath until you can hear her too.
You've become good at being fine. I'm close enough to see what you've stopped being able to see, and honest enough to say it plainly, without ever making you wrong for it.
Everyone around you knows the woman you've always been, and quietly keeps you there. I speak to the woman you're becoming, and expect her, until you can feel her yourself.
No cohort, no crowd, no talking over anyone. This is one on one, so every minute is about you, and we begin the moment you're ready.
"I've had other coaching in the past. 'That was cool, that was great, okay, next.' But there's something about being with you where a different thing occurs, and it's transformative. Not just lasting. Transformative. Even when I'm not aware of it."
“After years of fatigue, aliveness had almost stopped feeling like a real category for me. Kristin’s flame-tending practice gave it back. I can feel it in my body, in real time.”
Say yes now and claim your place. You'll hear from me within a day to set your first session, and we begin when you're ready. Five days that are entirely yours, and an aliveness you can find your way back to on your own.
Come through all five days. If you get to the end and it wasn't what I promised, tell me and I'll refund your investment. There's no form and no case to make. I'd rather you keep your money than carry a bad taste about something meant to give you back to yourself.
No, and it doesn't try to be. Therapy helped you understand your pain. This is about meeting the pattern underneath it and building the identity that comes next. It looks forward more than it looks back.
I understand the wariness, and you're right to have it. Most coaching stays on the surface, with goals and affirmations. This work reaches the level where the old identity actually lives, which is the only level where it loosens. That's the difference you felt was missing.
Five personal sessions with me, one on one, live. We arrive, name the pattern running you, trace it to its root, feel the aliveness underneath it, and give you a way to return to it on your own. It's gentle and it's real, and it's shaped around you, not a script.
The lovely thing about working one on one is that we can shape this around your life. We meet live by video, five days in a row when your week allows it, because that's how it works best. If your time is short, we can schedule thirty minute calls. Otherwise we'll take sixty minutes, which allows for a more comfortable pace. We'll settle all of it on a short call before we begin, and there's nothing for you to prepare.
I understand, and I'm not asking you to bolt another obligation onto a full life. This isn't a stack of modules waiting to guilt you every time you open your inbox. It can be as little as thirty minutes a day, spent being listened to, and something you can do standing at the kitchen counter. It gives back more time than it takes, because a body that isn't bracing all day is not nearly so tired.
This is the belief I built my whole life's work to answer, so I'll be direct. I'm sixty-nine, and I don't carry the used-up tiredness most women my age have been told to expect. My mother lived to a hundred and three. The belief that your best years are automatically behind you is a story the culture installed in you, and you're allowed to stop believing it. I can't tell you how much time you have, and nobody can. What I can tell you is that the years between now and whenever your body is done do not have to be spent dimming and waiting.
Then the conversation is for you. Book a short talk, tell me where you are, and we'll find out together whether now is the time. There's no wrong answer, and there's no pressure waiting on the other end.
It's five days of my full, personal attention, one on one, shaped entirely around you. You come out of them having actually felt your own aliveness again, not read about it or hoped for it, and knowing how to find your way back to it on your own. That's a complete thing, and it's yours to keep.
Then let's talk. Book a short conversation with me, at no cost. This is a chance to be sure this time together will be a great experience for you.
Schedule a conversationThere's no timer on this. The flame isn't going anywhere, and neither am I. Begin whenever you're ready.
